  • About a booking: include your booking reference, from your confirmation email or My Bookings, and the email or mobile number you booked with.
  • About the event itself (route, start times, race kit, bib collection): its organizer knows best. Their contact details are on the event page.

Complaints

If we have not resolved something to your satisfaction, write to our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month (see our Terms).
