Race Route & Experience
Dhanaulti and the surrounding Tehri region offer a spectacular mountain-running setting. Every climb demands effort, every descent requires control, and every kilometre tests determination. The route landscape features winding mountain roads, forested stretches, green valleys, and panoramic mountain views. At elevation, atmospheric pressure decreases and oxygen availability is reduced, increasing demands on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems and making sustained running more challenging.
Highlights include panoramic mountain views, lush valleys and forests, challenging climbs and descents, high-altitude endurance, and the unique demands of an ultra experience. The final route map, elevation profile, distance-wise course details, aid-station locations, and medical-support points will be shared by the organizers. Specific waterfalls, viewpoints, and landmarks will be confirmed after the final route survey.
Race-Day Support & Safety
Your safety is our priority. The event aims to provide a challenging yet responsibly supported experience with designated hydration and aid stations, medical support along the route, and race-day guidance from the event team.
Participants should train for their chosen distance and elevation, prepare for steep climbs, descents, and changing terrain, follow hydration and fueling strategies, carry personal essentials, obey race-day instructions, and respect nature and fellow runners. Mountain conditions can change rapidly; preparation, responsible pacing, and following instructions are essential. Final safety guidelines and mandatory equipment requirements, where applicable, will be communicated by the organizers.
